This site does not request, collect or store any personal data. There are no accounts, subscriptions, mailing lists, cookies or adverts. Only anonymous, cookieless page-view statistics (which page was opened how often, country, device type) are kept via Vercel Web Analytics; they identify no one and contain no personal data. The site therefore carries out no processing of personal data within the scope of Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).
Use of this site is entirely at the user’s own risk. The warnings in each step should be read and followed.
What stays on your device
- Your answers during the journey and the feelings you choose are never sent anywhere.
- Your “something I noticed” note is stored only in your own browser (localStorage); you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.
- The story image is created entirely on your device; we never see it.
The “Leave us a note” form
This form is anonymous: no name, email, phone number or other identifying details are requested, and no IP address is recorded. Only the text you write, the site language and the time of sending are stored. Notes are never published and are read only by the site administrator.
Please don’t include anything in your note that could identify you or anyone else. You are responsible for what you write. Notes containing personal details are deleted when noticed.
Hosting
The site is hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc. The hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs for security and service operation; these logs are not collected, viewed or used by us.
Health notice
This site is an experience in awareness and self-reflection. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment or advice, nor an alternative to working with a mental health professional.
Breathing step: There is no breath-holding, and the pace is set entirely by you. Even so, if you feel dizzy, short of breath, chest pain or rising anxiety, stop straight away and return to your normal breathing. If you have asthma, COPD, a heart condition, panic disorder or a similar condition, skip this step or speak to your doctor first.
If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or you are in an emergency, call your local emergency number straight away (112 in Türkiye and the EU, 999 in the UK, 911 in the US).
