Give this a go.
This isn’t a lesson. Nobody here is trying to fix you, diagnose you or judge you.
Just a few minutes. A few small experiments. You might leave feeling a little lighter.

First · Breathe
To get anywhere, first slow down.
Press and hold the light, and breathe in slowly.
Don’t force or hold your breath; you set the pace. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, let go and return to your normal breathing. If you have asthma, COPD, a heart condition or a history of panic attacks, feel free to skip this step.
When the body slows down, the mind follows. There’s no danger; you’re simply here.
First stone · Listening
A friend has just sent you this.
Today, before you reply to someone, say back what you heard in your own words: “So you felt…”
Which reply comes to mind first? Be honest, nobody’s marking you here.
Second stone · It’s not all about you
You sent a message. Two blue ticks. Three hours, no reply.
Right now the light is only on you. Use the slider to widen it.
Our brains fill in the gaps — usually by putting ourselves at the centre. It’s not a flaw; it’s an old protective reflex. But it isn’t always right.
Whenever you think “this is definitely about me”, pause and come up with three other possible explanations. You don’t need to know which one is true.
Third stone · Empathy
What you see is only the tip of the iceberg.
Empathy isn’t approving of the behaviour. You can still set boundaries. But being curious about what lies beneath the water turns anger into understanding — and, above all, it sets you free.
With someone you find difficult, quietly ask: “What need might sit beneath this behaviour?” You don’t have to know the answer. Being curious is enough.
Fourth stone · Labelling
What you name stops running you.
Fifth stone · Turning inward
The wave begins outside, but it grows within us.
Wait a few seconds without touching the screen or moving the mouse. When the water settles, you’ll see yourself.
We can’t change other people. But we can get to know our own reactions. The real journey isn’t outward — it’s inward.
Dawn
The journey doesn’t end here. It begins now.
You’re taking five small stones with you:
